Shipping Information

All orders are mailed through Canada Post. For local delivery, we ask that you allow a minimum of 10-15 business days to receive your order. To avoid delivery delays, ensure that you provide a complete mailing address including suite, room or office numbers.

By selecting “Signature Required on Delivery,” you are instructing ETS to deliver your order with a signature required for security. If no one is available to sign for receipt of your order, Canada Post will leave a notice card with information on where to pick up the order, typically at the nearest Postal Outlet. This delivery method is the Xpresspost service through Canada Post, which provides tracking information and signed delivery confirmation. Xpresspost typically may take 10-15 business days for delivery.

A shipping and handling fee of $2 along with the applicable GST ($0.10) will be added to all orders during Checkout, prior to finalizing the transaction.

At this time, we only ship online orders within Canada. But for your convenience, we deliver anywhere in Canada. Please note that deliveries outside of Edmonton may take longer than 5 business days.
